DESCRIPTION:The public is invited to a “Global Gathering” to learn about Global 
 Citizens Networks’ (GCN) cultural immersion trips.  Returned participants 
 and trip leaders will share experiences and provide information on living 
 and working with indigenous communities in Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, 
 Guatemala, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal, Peru, Tanzania, Thailand and the U.S.  
 Refreshments will be provided; there is no charge for this event.\n\nGCN is 
 a secular nonprofit organization that fosters an international network of 
 people committed to a just world.  In pursuit of that goal, it organizes 
 trips of 8-10 people who live and work in primarily indigenous communities 
 for 1-3 weeks.\n\n
