 Families\n\nWHAT: The Family Budget Coalition holds the Stand with Families 
 Rally to call on the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors to support a fair 
 city budget for struggling families.  The coalition will also launch their 
 Budget Agenda for FY 2008-09 that prioritizes the needs of San 
 Francisco’s low-income families. \n\nWHEN: Wednesday, March 26th / 11:00 
 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (program starts at 11:15 a.m.)\n \nWHERE: Steps of San 
 Francisco City Hall (Polk Street Entrance)\n \nWHO: The Family Budget 
 Coalition is made up of hundreds of SF families, youth & providers\n\nWHY: 
 The Family Budget Coalition is calling attention to the lack of a safety 
 net for struggling families in San Francisco. Already San Francisco’s 
 low-income families are struggling to meet basic needs such as childcare, 
 housing, & health services. And for FY 08-09 there is at least $3 million 
 in city services for kids at risk of being cut.\n \nAUDIO/VISUAL:  1) A 
 visual representation of a San Francisco family falling through the 
 city’s safety net; 2) Hundreds of San Francisco’s parents, youth, & 
 children on the steps of City Hall; 3) Colorful rally posters, banners, &
