DESCRIPTION:This law, banning public assemblies in any of the city's 4 parking garages 
 and 20 parking lots, was initiated by Mayor Ryan Coonerty in December of 
 2005 and passed in its full repulsiveness in the fall of 2007.  \n\nAndreas 
 was ticketed there last Friday (see his brief account at 
 http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2008/03/15/18485843.php).\n\nHe'll flesh 
 out the account, take phone calls, and describe the upcoming Friday protest 
 on the air.  Call in at 831-427-3772.\n\nThe Friday "narwallagraphic 
 protest", as Andreas calls it, is scheduled for 9 PM 3-21 at the parking
