 surroundings by creating spectacles that disrupt the sites we occupy.  Our 
 flash mob event, "Let it Rain", on Saturday March 15th will be targeting an 
 undisclosed mall in the San Francisco bay area.  We plan on "dispersing" 
 fake money from a top story terrace, while a mob of people scramble to
