 courageously and determinedly came out last Tuesday to stand for peace and 
 in support of our Council and against the pro-war forces invading our 
 city.\n \nBerkeleyans and the Council alike are warmly invited to come 
 celebrate with CodePINK and Medea Benjamin at our “Appreciation 
 Banquet” being held in honor of our Community, and those Seven Council 
 Members who stood strong against the aggressive pro-war forces!\n \nThe 
 Appreciation Banquet will celebrate our stands, honor ourselves and each 
 other, and re-commit to ENDING WAR NOW! And SHUTTING DOWN the MRS NOW!\n 
 \nFood catered by People’s Café, music, dancing, Hadley Louden & 
 Drummers for Peace, pink badges of courage, the 7 Council guests of honor, 
 surprise celebrities, success stories from the front lines! \n\nAnother
