 Cafe in downtown San Rafael on Thursday, March 20 at 7:00pm. Everyone 
 interested in better ways of choosing public officials is encouraged to 
 drop by.\n\nBeginning in February, we will meet on the third Thursday of 
 most months instead of the third Wednesday.\n\nThe Aroma Cafe is at 1122 
 4th Street, between A and B Streets -- next door to the Rafael 
 Theater.\n\nElection Advisory Committee March Meeting\nStart: 03/28/2008 - 
 9:30am\nEnd: 03/28/2008 - 11:30am\nTimezone: Etc/GMT+8\nBody:\n\nThe Marin 
 County Election Advisory Committee meets monthly except January, October 
 and November. The March meeting will be on Friday, March 28 at 9:30am in 
 Room 324A at the Civic Center in San Rafael.\n\nThe committee serves as a 
 link between the Registrar of Voters and the community. For more
