DESCRIPTION:Join us as we recognize Earth Day with paintings by Bay Area Chinese 
 artists.\nThe theme of this juried show is promoting environmental 
 awareness and social change through the arts.  Participating artists will 
 reflect and portray which aspects of their homeland they wish to see 
 preserved and what they would like to see changed.  This work and the 
 stories it tells will be on exhibit.\n\nThe Asian Modern Arts Society is 
 sponsoring this exhibition in conjunction with U.S. Museum of Chinese Art.  
 The Society is a non-profit organization committed to providing support 
 services to emerging and professional immigrant Asian artists, with limited 
 English skills, seeking exhibition opportunities in the U.S.\n\nDate: April
