DESCRIPTION:CAUGHT IN THE CROSSFIRE \n\nThis film, less than 30 minutes, will be shown
after the first film of the evening, "Children of Abraham," also about 30
minutes.\n\nThis documentary, short as it is, is able to present the untold
story of Falluja. The plight of civilians is the unreported story of the
Iraq War. The civilian refugees of Falluja risked their lives to tell this
story to the world. And recording their story are the only independent
journalists to live with the people of Fallujah. This film is the
eyewitness account of these un-embedded journalists, outside the influence
of the military or corporate media, capturing the unique and honest
perspective of the civilians themselves. The Iraqi civilians who survived
inside the city during the battles asked these jounralists to tell their
story to the world. By detailing what is actually happening to civilians in
combat zones, this film shows why many of the people in Iraq have lost
faith in the stated American policy goals and why America has lost the
“hearts and minds” of the Iraqi people. \n\nBefore and after the films,
everyone's invited to indulge in our Humanist Tea House. \n\n$5 donations
 are accepted. \n\n
