DESCRIPTION:The holiday season is here, and we are still hearing reports about new toy 
 hazards almost every day. Recently, the Consumer Product Safety Commission 
 recalled Aqua Dots, one of the most popular toys on the market, because it 
 has a coma-inducing toxin in it!\n\nIt’s time to ACT NOW—that’s why 
 we need your help with the “12 Days of Safe Shopping” campaign. We need 
 activists next Tuesday, Dec. 4 to tell retailers and manufacturers to keep 
 poisons out of our kids’ toys. \n \nActivists will be handing out “Get 
 the Lead Out” tee-shirts and stickers for shoppers to wear, as well as 
 retailer demands coupon books. At our Black Friday events in Chicago, 
 Boston, Minneapolis, and New York, we gained both local and national press 
 coverage. For more information about the campaign, visit

 by the Victory statue at 9:45am. A Consumers Union staffer will be on site.
