 video and audio. We'll discuss things that go on behind the scenes like 
 what happens once something is posted to the newswire. We'll share with you 
 how stories get made into center column features and what types of 
 editorial decisions are made regarding features, posts, and comments. We 
 welcome you to ask questions about your areas of interest in helping with 
 the site or Indybay in general. \n\nIndybay's points of unity state that we 
 are "anti-capitalist" and "anti-oppression." If these values are in line 
 with your own, you find that the subject matter covered in the center 
 columns of the website tends to agree with your own politics, and maybe you 
 are especially interested in one (or more) feature page, you're invited to 
 come to this orientation. \n\nAt the orientation, we will explain what the
