 PDT\n\nSan Anselmo will host its first annual "State of the Town and 
 Business of the Year Dinner" at 6 p.m. Sept. 15 at San Francisco 
 Theological Seminary's Bouick Field.\nThe evening will include wine and 
 hors d'oeuvres by Ross Valley Winery, AVA, Orchid Thai Restaurant and Taco 
 Jane's, as well as food provided by Comforts, Insalata and dessert by 
 Cucina Restaurant and Wine Bar.\n\nPlanned speakers include Rep. Lynn 
 Woolsey, Sen. Carole Migden, Assemblyman Jared Huffman, Supervisor Hal 
 Brown and Mayor Wayne Cooper. \n\nAll proceeds will benefit emergency
