 improving elections in a public forum on Saturday, September 15, at 7:00pm 
 at the College of Marin.\nThe forum is titled “Bring Democracy Home: 
 Election Reforms That Empower Voters”.  The issues discussed will include 
 integrity of election administration; fair representation and instant 
 runoff voting; ballot access; media coverage and access to debates; and 
 campaign finance reform.\nThe panelists are:\nSherry Healy, Co-Founder of 
 the California Election Protection Network\nSteven Hill, Director of the 
 Political Reform Program, New America Foundation, and author of Ten Steps 
 to Repair American Democracy\nDanny Medress, Field Organizer with the 
 California Clean Money Campaign\nPeter Phillips, Professor of Sociology at 
 Sonoma State University and Director of Project Censored\nRichard Winger, 
 Editor of Ballot Access News\n\nThis panel will be moderated by Laura
