 crowd control measures\n-Emergency management in civil 
 disturbance/riots\n\nTraining and hands-on practice is vital.  This will be 
 a basic training\ngeared for activists who would like to know more so they 
 can look after\nthemselves and others on actions and in general.\n\nThis 
 course is NOT a certificated course (although the person teaching it\ndoes 
 have relevant teaching qualifications as it happens... RN 
 BNurs,\nWilderness Medicine various street medic stuff, etc.).\n\nIt will 
 run 10-6 and its generally a good idea for everyone to plan on\nhanging out 
 afterwards to eat dinner and decompress.  Be sure to bring\nclothes that 
 can get dirty as well as a change of clothes.\n\n If you would like to
