 HONOR FALLEN SOLIDERS\nCandlelight vigils in Santa Cruz, Felton, 
 Watsonville, Salinas\n\nCentral Coast – On Tuesday, August 28, members of 
 MoveOn.org\nPolitical Action in Santa Cruz and Monterey counties will 
 hold\ncandlelight vigil to call on Congress to vote to end the war 
 in\nSeptember.\n\n“It’s time for the Bush Administration to stop 
 looking through\nrose-colored glasses and realize that the surge has been a 
 total\nfailure,” said Laurel Wilson, Santa Cruz MoveOn member. “Rep. 
 Farr must Stand Up in September and vote to end this religious civil war 
 that can’t be won,” concluded Wilson\n\nParticipants in the vigil will 
 read from a “War Toll Calendar” to\nhonor and remember the soldiers 
 that have died in the past year in the unwinnable religious civil war in 
 Iraq.\n\nVigils like this one are part of national Take A Stand Day - 
 a\ncoordinated day of action to end the war initiated by the Americans 
 Against Escalation in Iraq coalition, including MoveOn.org Political 
 Action, VoteVets.org, the Service Employees International Union, True
