 "Epis\nHearing Postponed," but it's time for yet another one.  Bryan 
 Epis's\nresentencing hearing had been scheduled for Monday, August 27th, 
 but it has\nnow been postponed to Monday, September 10th at 10am in front 
 of Judge Frank\nC. Damrell.  (Courtroom 2 on the 15th floor of 501 I Street 
 in Sacramento,\nCA.)  This is a very important hearing, and I hope this 
 message reaches\neveryone who was intending to attend.\n\nJudge Damrell is 
 the same judge who sentenced medical marijuana defendant\nDave Harde, and 
 who will be sentencing Mollie Fry and Dale Schafer in\nNovember.  The 
 number of advocates who came out to support Mollie and Dale\nduring their 
 recent trial was inspiring.  It was marvelous to see the\ncourtroom packed, 
 day after day, in spite of the duration and what sometimes\nseemed like 
 harassment by the marshals.  \n
