 Supervisor Alioto-Pier  \n      Ordinance amending Sections 3301, 3304, 
 3305, 3307, and 3308 of the San\nFrancisco Health Code and Sections 209.3, 
 217, 790.141 and 890.133 of the San\nFrancisco Planning Code to (a) require 
 the Director of Public Health to\ncertify that applicants for Medical 
 Cannabis Dispensary permits have not been\nconvicted of certain felony 
 offenses, (b) require Dispensaries to provice\nsecurity measures, including 
 lighting and alarms, (c) establish minimum\ndisability access standards; 
 and (d) extend the time period for Dispensaries\nto obtain a Medical 
 Cannabis Dispensary permit to March 1, 2008; (e) authorize\nthe sale and 
 delivery of medical cannabis to qualified patients with a\nverifiable, 
 written recommendation from a physician for medical cannabis; and\n(f) 
 clarify the definition of "medical cannabis dispensary. \n     \n      \n
