 concept of sustainability. An  exploration of problems and solutions is the 
 goal. Presentations will  be limited to 30 minutes per speaker on stated 
 topics. The rest of the  evening is dedicated to a moderated discussion 
 with the speakers.\n\n  We Are What We Eat \nLocal Food, Jessica Prentice, 
 She is a representative of Three Stone Hearth, the author of Full Moon 
 Feast and creator of the Local Foods Wheel. \n\nDocumenting Food, Catherine 
 Butler, Producer  of The Future of Food, a documentary examining the 
 complex web of  market and political forces that are changing what we eat 
 as huge  multinational corporations seek to control the world's food 
 system. The  film also explores alternatives to large-scale industrial 
 agriculture,  placing organic and sustainable agriculture as real solutions 
 to the  farm crisis today.   \n\n
