 affirms that the GPCA should encourage and support Green Party\ncandidates 
 for elected office at all levels -- local, state and national.  If

 Followup to Sonoma County February 2007 Strategy Sessions.  Issues:  How to 
 coordinate with ERWG and GROW in using IRV as an organizing and strategic 
 issue.\n \nBrief review of GPCA Endorsement Procedures:  Discuss whether to 
 resubmit June 2006 statewide offices proposals because no official minutes 
 from that plenary.  If not, final text still needed to post\non CCWG web 
 page.  Also, currently no procedures for GPCA endorsement of local 
 candidates.\n \nRecruit CFSC participants (assumes CFSC proposal adopted by 
 GA)\n \nRecruit County Polling Coordinators (if proposal approved)\n 
 \nOther topics\n \nCCWG Co-Coordinator and Assistants Vacancies\n \nThe 
 CCWG will need to select a second Co-Coordinator from its members at the 
 September 2007 plenary to serve a two year term.  Co-Cos have leadership 
 responsibilities including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas,  
 preparing work plans and budgets, keeping membership and other records, 
 representing the CCWG to the CC, plenary Agenda Team and Budget 
 Committee,\nand coordinating CCWG projects.  Co-Cos are expected to attend 
 monthly CCWG telephone conferences, and at least one Co-Co is expected to 
 participate in the monthly SC/WGs\nCo-Cos telephone conference.  Gender and 
 geographic balance among CoCos is encouraged.   GPCA Bylaws also provide 
 for assistants to Co-Cos to act as alternates at meetings.\n \nCCWG 
 Committees Needing Volunteers\n \n1.  Fund Raising -- To develop a directed 
 donations campaign to supplement budget for\nthe 2008 CFSF and create a 
 reserve for a future CCWG independent contractor staff person\n2.  2008

 themes, position papers, and internet support.  Work with GIWG and Platform 
 and Media Committees\n3.  IRV Strategy -- Develop IRV as a candidate and
