 argue in\nfederal court in San Francisco that the NSA's program of 
 warrantless surveillance is\nunconstitutional and should be struck 
 down.\n\nThe Bush Administration, with overwhelming support from Congress, 
 passed the Protect\nAmerica Act of 2007 this past weekend expanding the 
 Government's power to spy on\nAmericans without FISA court approval.  
 However, despite these efforts by both the\nExecutive and Legislative 
 branches to endorse illegal warrantless surveillance, CCR\nwill press on in 
 the courts in CCR v. Bush seeking summary judgment and an\ninjunction to 
 end this severe violation of the 4th Amendment and shredding 
 of\nfundamental civil rights.  CCR's lead attorney in CCR v. Bush, Shayana 
 Kadidal,\nprovides a more in depth analysis of the NSA's program and the
