DESCRIPTION:City Council to resume hearing on Loch Lomond\nStaff Report\nArticle
Launched: 08/04/2007 10:36:34 PM PDT from IJ
http://www.marinij.com/marin\n\nThe San Rafael City Council, which delayed
a vote on the Village at Loch Lomond Marina project last month, will
revisit the proposal this week.\n\nThe project calls for 81 residential
units, 22,250 square feet of commercial space, a new full-service grocery
store and a shoreline park. The boat marina would remain without dry-dock
boat storage.\n\nThe Planning Commission approved the project in May, and
the City Council was poised to vote on it July 16. But the vote was
postponed when officials got mired in last-minute issues ranging from
driveways to fish-cleaning stations.\n\nThe council will resume its
discussion during its meeting at 8 p.m. Monday at City Hall at 1400 Fifth
Ave. For more information, call 485-3070.\n\nCity Budget
