 Guerilla Drive-In Subversive Shorts\nFestival right downtown.  (For 
 longtime GDI fans, this will feel like\nlast year's Subversive Shorts 
 Festival combined with the Flim Flam Film\nFestival challenging oppressive 
 local laws.) \n\n\nSanta\nCruz Guerilla Drive-In Presents\n\n\n12th Annual 
 Subversive Shorts\nFestival\n\n \nA program of rollicking and poignant 
 Guerilla Drive-In Subversive\nShorts. As you know, for years we've shown 
 shorts before our feature\nfilm. By popular demand, we offer you an entire 
 program of our\nsubversive shorts. Great old shorts and many new ones. In 
 addition, we\noffer you a convenient and central location that challenges 
 the\ndowntown police state.\n\n\n\nFriday\nAug 3rd, 8pm\nPacific Ave 
 &\nCooper St, Downtown Santa Cruz\nin front of the\nEvilPlex 9\n(Always 
 Free!)\n\n\nNOTE: We will be right on Pacific at a fabulous 
 downtown\nlocation this week, NOT at our usual RR tracks location.  
 Repeat:  We\nare NOT showing at the RR tracks this Friday.  And for this 
 showing,\nbring an FM radio.  To skirt the stupid Santa Cruz laws 
 regarding\namplified sound, we'll be broadcasting the sound straight to 
 your\nlittle radio.\n\n\nPLUS an intermission, challenging ideas of public 
 space, an\nenchanting downtown location, and great company.\n\nBRING an FM 
 radio, lawn chairs, blankets, pillows, friends, food\n& drink to share for 
 intermission. Donations are greatly\nappreciated and directly support the 
 project.\n\nSANTA CRUZ GUERILLA DRIVE-IN is an outdoor movie theater 
 under\nthe stars that springs up unexpectedly in the fields and 
 industrial\nwastelands. Beyond showing great movies and bringing a broad 
 community\ntogether, part of our mission is helping reclaim public space 
 and\ntransforming our urban environment into the joyful playground it
