 Marin County Budget \n\n·  Updates\n\n Amanda came before the council with 
 her issue. Rosy-who is on the Council will be presenting the issue that she 
 has been dealing with concerning her daughter and the Novato school 
 district and the police.\n \nOne last thing. In talking with members of the 
 Grassroots Council concerning structure. We have been trying to finish this 
 for so long and rather than waiting 30-31 days each month to meet and 
 discuss this, i have been continuing the discussion over the phone and 
 through email. I'm attaching what we have come up with. It is just a 
 combination of all the different elements we have discussed. Email me back
