DESCRIPTION:Singer-songwriter Dana Lyons will play a benefit show for Bay Localize on 
 July 14th. Bay Localize is an Oakland-based nonprofit dedicated to regional 
 self-reliance, ecological sustainability and social justice. Known for his 
 irreverent and eclectic songs, including cult hits “Cows With Guns” and 
 “RV,” Dana has been called a modern-day Pete Seeger and the minstrel of 
 the environmental movement. The show will be held at the Green City 
 Gallery, a newly-opened showcase of appropriate technologies, regenerative 
 design and green urban living in downtown Berkeley.\n
