 truckers at the Port of Oakland and its neighbors endure sweatshop 
 conditions:\n    *\n      They work an average of 11hrs per day.\n    *\n   
    After clearing expenses, they only earn about $10 per hour with no heath 
 care.\n    *\n      The average wait time to pick up a container is 2 
 hours.\n    *\n      While waiting, diesel spews, leading to high rates of 
 asthma amongst drivers and the surrounding West Oakland community.\n    *\n 
      1 in 5 West Oakland children suffer from asthma.\n\n \n\nUnion members 
 have joined with truckers and the community to urge the Port of Oakland to 
 ensure that conditions improve! The Ports of LA/Long Beach recently 
 proposed a plan for action, and now it’s time for Oakland to do the 
 same.\n\nRally with Port truckers in their fight to end sweatshop

 of Oakland -- Middle Harbor Shoreline Park, Corner of 7th Street and Middle 
 Harbor Road\n\n \n\n \n\nDriving directions to Middle Harbor Shoreline 
 Park\n\n                      \n\n    From the East Bay: 24 West to 980 
 West, toward Oakland. Exit at 11th/12th St. off-ramp onto Brush Street. 
 Continue straight, and turn right (northwest) at 7th Street. Continue 
 straight on 7th Street, past Maritime Street toward the bay. Watch for 
 parking signs as you approach the park.\n\n \n\n      From the South Bay: 
 880 North toward Oakland. Take the 7th St. exit toward West Grand Ave. Turn 
 left onto 7th St. Follow 7th St., heading west, past Maritime St. Continue 
 straight on 7th Street toward the bay. Watch for parking signs as you
