 reforming the juvenile Justice Intake System:  "How should the city change 
 the Intake system so fewer youth are detained at juvenile hall?"  This is 
 the first in a series of hearings on these issues.  \n\nJoin dozens of 
 young people and advocates to tell the Supervisors: \n1. It does more harm 
 than good to incarcerate youth who haven't committed serious, violent 
 offenses!  \n\n2. We want a fair & unbiased Intake process for arrested
