DESCRIPTION:Dear Free Skooler:\n\nThe June 10th deadline for class submissions for 
 summer quarter is days\naway, and so far we have received only a few 
 confirmed classes.  We'd really\nlike to consider offering your class this 
 summer.\n\nThis time it will be a\n"hard" deadline.  Many of the 
 collective are leaving\non a trip so the calendar will be produced within a 
 few days of June\n10th.  No classes received after this deadline will be 
 calendared. \n\nMake sure\nyou get your classes in early and make sure the 
 information is accurate\nand complete.\n\nFree Skool teacher information

 for Teachers\n\n\nFree Skool Santa Cruz is a completely grassroots effort, 
 a bunch of\nindividuals deciding to act collectively and autonomously to 
 create a\nskill-sharing network, a school without institutional control. 
 Classes\nare informal, egalitarian, and are held in homes, social spaces, 
 and\nparks. More than just an opportunity to learn, we see Free Skool as 
 a\ndirect challenge to dominant institutions and 
 hierarchical\nrelationships.  Part of creating a new world is resistance 
 to the old\none.  Thank you for your interest in participating in Free 
 Skool Santa\nCruz.  We are all students and we are all teachers 
 here.\n\n\nSummer Quarter runs July 1st to September 31st.  The Free Skool 
 Summer\nQuarter teacher registration deadline is coming up June 
 10th.  \nWe will not calendar classes after this date.\n\nTeacher 
 Commitment:  We are asking for a three month commitment.\n\nScheduling:  
 You choose how often in that three months you want\nto teach your classes. 
 You choose what days fit your schedule. You can\ncheck with us about dates 
 and times to avoid conflicts. \n\n\nTeaching Space:  We encourage teachers 
 to find their own spaces\nfor their classes, but if you need it, we can 
 help you find a location.\n\nDeadlines:  For teachers, the deadline to 
 remember is June 10th.\nWe'll need your class info by that deadline. We 
 will have the calendar\nfinished within several days of that deadline, so 
 if you miss it, you\nmiss it.\n\nTeacher Responsibilities:  Free Skool is 
 a decentralized,\nnon-institutional project, in other words, you and I make 
 it happen. \n\nTherefore, you have certain responsibilities as a 
 teacher.  Promote\nyour class through word-of-mouth, fliering, community 
 outreach, and\nonline.  Work with other Free Skoolers to post calendars 
 and fliers. \nBe prompt and reliable.  Keep in touch with your students, 
 before and\nafter your class.  Take good care of the spaces who graciously 
 host\nyour class. Help with the quarterly potluck and How to Run a Free
