 PCRC 164 South Blvd. San Mateo, CA.  This\nis near 280 and 101.\n\nCome 
 meet other patients, caregivers, and collective\nmembers.  This month we 
 will discuss creating local\nregulations, building an emergency response 
 network,\nand forming collective gardens here in San Mateo.\n\nSpecial 
 guest Don Duncan from ASA will speak about\nwhat's going on right now.  
 Also representatives from\neach of our local dispensing collectives will 
 be\npresent to answer any questions you may have\nconcerning safe access in 
 San Mateo.  Also ASA SM\nmembers will have an opportunity to get involved 
 in\nsummer collective garden projects.\n\nGet involved in the movement for 
 safe and legal access\nto medical cannabis today. Our power comes from 
 our\ncollective action. Whether it's calling Congress,\nattending rallies, 
 becoming a member of a local ASA\nchapter, signing an online petition, or
