 Against House Demolitions (ICAHD)\nand will be speaking on "Is the 
 Two-State Solution Dead? And, if so, who killed it?". Mr. Halper will be

 will be speaking at 12:15 pm at the Irvine Auditorium, inside the Monterey 
 Institute of International Studies.\n~Finally, he will speak again at 7:00 
 pm in Classroom Unit I, on UCSC campus (Carpool leaves RCNV at 6:30 
 p.m.)\n\nJeff Halper, founder and Coordinating Director of ICAHD, 
 distinguished author and internationally acclaimed speaker, has been an 
 Israeli peace activist for over 30 years. Halper is the author of Obstacles 
 to Peace (2005 newly revised edition). He has been nominated for the Nobel 
 Peace Prize by the American Friends Service Committee. His landmark article 
 "The Key to Peace: Dismantling the Matrix of Control." was seminal work 
 describing the obstacles to achieving a sustainable peace agreement in the 
 Israeli-Palestinian conflict.\n\nFREE of Charge. An opportunity to make a
