 Reporter\nDerrick Kikuchi - Recently returned from helping with grassroots 
 reconstruction efforts in New Orleans\n\nIn February 2007, local activists 
 from First Presbyterian Church of Palo Alto went to New Orleans to assist 
 in the post-Katrina rebuilding efforts. They worked with RHINO (Rebuilding 
 Hope in New Orleans) and Habitat for Humanity.\n\nAfter the Federal 
 government's abysmal response to the original crisis, reconstruction in New 
 Orleans continues to rely to a great extent on non-governmental 
 organizations and grassroots groups.\n\nThrough photos and poetry, Derrick 
 will describe and reflect about the rebuilding projects they were working 
 on and also the systemic challenges that still need to be addressed.\n\n$5
