 square: World Can’t Wait and Others to Hold Press Conference, Confront 
 Christian Fundamentalist “BattleCry” on Steps of City Hall\n\nSan 
 Francisco, CA – March 1 –For the second year in a row, extreme 
 Christian Right group “BattleCry”  (www.battlecry.com) under direct 
 sponsorship of Pat Robertson, Franklin Graham, and Jerry Falwell, will be 
 returning to the steps of San Francisco’s City Hall on Friday, March 9, 
 to publicly proclaim their support of Biblical values being represented in 
 governmental legislation. (In defiance of the SF Board of Supervisors 
 adamant condemnation of BattleCry in Resolution #060371)

 San Francisco to politically assault the most fundamental values cherished 
 by most San Franciscans, and to carve away at the separation of church and 
 state. \n\nWorld Can’t Wait is holding a permitted press conference and 
 rally on Friday, March 9th, from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m.   This rally will 
 be immediately followed by our protest at BattleCry’s press event, now 
 scheduled from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m, Both events will take place on the 
 steps of San Francisco City Hall, at One Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place. 
 \n\nBattleCry leadership claims they are here to denounce pop culture and 
 to encourage “moral values”, but they have staged a movement which 
 attracts and then indoctrinates youth into a frighteningly Pro-War, 
 Anti-Gay, and Anti-Woman literalist Biblical program.\n\nUnderneath 
 BattleCry’s façade of false goodness and religious piety, we see their 
 true agenda, which is fully in concert with the entire disastrous Bush 
 Administration agenda.  In particular, the fact that this government, under 
 Bush, is “moving each day closer to a theocracy, where a narrow and 
 hateful brand of Christian fundamentalism will rule.” (from the World

 organizations, all walks of life and religious, political, or personal 
 convictions will stand up together to say very clearly to the world that 
 BattleCry’s intolerance, theocracy, and hypocrisy is dangerous and is not
