 to raise funds for the legal defense fund of Agustin Aguayo, \nan Iraq War 
 Veteran and Conscientious Objector, who is currently imprisoned for 
 \nrefusing to redeploy to Iraq, and for Courage to Resist, an Oakland group 
 that \nsupports soliders who refuse to fight.\n \nAgustin Aguayo is a 35 
 year old Army Medic and Conscientious Objector (CO) who \nwas deployed to 
 Iraq in 2004. During his year long duty in Iraq he refused to \nload his 
 weapon. For three years he fought for CO status. When faced with a \nsecond 
 deployment he went AWOL eventually turning himself in to the Army 
 \nvoluntarily. He is now imprisoned in a military jail in Germany. His 
 court \nmartial is March 6th. Agustin faces 7 years for desertion and 
 missing \nmovement and a felony conviction. \n \nCourage to Resist is a 
 grassroots organization committed to mobilizing support \nfor brave 
 individuals like Suzanne Swift, Ivan Brobeck, Lt. Ehren Watada, and
