 Union on Martin Luther King's Birthday Weekend as we RALLY & MARCH for 
 JUSTICE!\n\n    Sunday January 14th\n    10:30AM Assemble at Harry Bridges 
 Plaza in front of the Ferry Building in San Francisco\n    11:00AM Rally 
 and March from Pier 3 to Pier 33\n\nThis January 14th the Inland Boatmen's 
 Union and the Masters Mates and Pilots will increase the street heat 
 against Terry Macrae's Alcatraz Cruises.\n\nThis past December 9th saw a 
 thousand union members and their allies, representing 50 unions, maritime 
 and shoreside in the largest waterfront demonstration in years. This 
 coincided with a stop work meeting and port shutdown by the Bay Area 
 longshore locals.\n\nThe day before Martin Luther King's birthday we will 
 redouble our efforts to defend unionized maritime labor in San Francisco 
 and to support the 55 working families who lost their jobs over 4 months 
 ago.\n\nWe remember that Dr King was assassinated while supporting a 
 garbage workers strike in Memphis. He clearly recognized that social 
 justice is unachievable without economic justice!\n\nOrganized labor and 
 its allies must maintain these street actions to send an unmistakable 
 message to MacRae that a non union ferry operation in the heart of the San
