 change the city's dispensary ordinance and\ndiscussing follow-up steps for 
 this campaign. Advocates who will have attended the\nEl Cerrito hearing on 
 dispensaries will report back on the meeting, and we will be\ndiscussing 
 the new Alameda County ID card program. As always, we welcome you to 
 add\nfurther issues effecting patients to this agenda.\n\nPlease join us 
 and make your voice heard! Refreshments will be served.\nASA meeting on 
 November 29th at 7:00 p.m. at the ASA office.\nWe're located in downtown

 neighbors!\n\nRegional Town Hall POSTPONED \nWe had everything set for the 
 ASA regional town hall on November 29th, \nbut the Oakland YWCA just called 
 us yesterday to say they had changed \ntheir rental policy and were not 
 allowing evening events anymore. After \na couple days of fruitlessly 
 searching for a new location, Alex and I \nhave given up on holding the 
 town hall on the 29th.\n\nWe are currently looking for locations for a 
 December town hall.\n\nSo instead, we will have a regular ASA meeting on 
 November 29th at 7:00 \np.m. at the ASA office. We're located in downtown 
 Oakland at 1322 \nWebster Street, Suite 402. More details to come - we
