 San Francisco, CA – Attorneys for jailed  \njournalist, Josh Wolf, will 
 appear before Federal District Court  \nJudge Alsup on Tuesday to argue for 
 his release from federal prison,  \nwhere he has been held now for over 90 
 days.  The length of his  \nincarceration is virtually unprecedented for a 
 journalist refusing to  \nhand over information to a grand jury.  Wolf’s 
 attorneys are asking  \nfor his immediate release or at minimum, a furlough 
 for the  \nThanksgiving holidays.  A hearing on the matter is scheduled for 
  \ntomorrow:\n\n  Wolf was incarcerated earlier this year for contempt 
 after refusing  \nto hand over his unedited video of a 2005 protest in San
