 skills to help disadvantaged Bay Area kids develop reading and thinking 
 skills. Help make felt board characters for the acclaimed Hoopoe 
 children’s book, "The Man and the Fox," which will be used in 
 teacher-training workshops conducted by Hoopoe Books Share Literacy™ 
 Program (www.shareliteracy.org). All materials and supplies provided. 
 Saturday, December 9th, 11 a.m. to 4  p.m., Los Altos Public Library,

 Literacy™ Program provides books and related literacy materials to 
 disadvantaged children, their families and teachers nationwide through

 concerned businesses, foundations and individuals, which offset production, 
 printing and distribution costs. Share Literacy itself depends upon the
