DESCRIPTION:The Alameda County board of supervisors have already cut the size of the 
 proposed juvenile hall from 540 to 450, 420 all because of the pressure 
 from Youth Force Coalition, Books Not Bars and all the allied folks who 
 have come out to actions, delegations, and everything else we did. 
  \n\nBut they're still trying to build a hall that's almost 3 times the 
 size of most counties that are the same size as Alameda County.  Now it's 
 time to ride down to Sacramento to a state Board of Corrections meeting to 
 make sure they know how we feel about Alameda County getting away with 
 building one of the largest per capita juvenile halls in the country.
