 include:\n\nWILLIAM W. MONNING, JD\nProfessor of Negotiation and Conflict 
 Resolution\nGraduate School of International Policy Studies\nMONTEREY 
 INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL STUDIES. He is co-author of the “Legal 
 Delegation Report on Venezuelan Democratic Reform Movement featuring 
 reports on meetings with diverse sectors of Venezuelan society 
 2006”.\n\nISAAC SANEY is on faculty, College of Continuing Education, 
 Dalhousie University, and an adjunct professor, International Development 
 Studies, Saint Mary’s University, both in Halifax, Canada. He is an 
 academic and writer specializing in Cuba and is the author of “Cuba: A 
 Revolution in Motion”.\n\nCHRISTENE DeJONG is a second year masters 
 student in Latin American Studies at UC Berkeley. Ms. DeJong studied in 
 Venezuela in the fall of 2000, worked as the program coordinator for Pitzer 
 College in Venezuela in 2002, and continues to return to Venezuela at least 
 once a year.  She has also co-produced a short documentary and written 
 several articles and  \npapers on the political, social, and economic
