DESCRIPTION:   Gabriel Meyers is having to return to court for the second time this 
 week to have his case heard before a judge for dismissal. The proceedings 
 were suppose to take place last Monday (as well as several other times in 
 the past several months, but they were postponed and delayed), except the 
 prosecutor did not show up. Sadly enough, neither did any supporters. When 
 no one shows up, it is almost a green light for the government to continue 
 unjustly railroading him. This should not be tolerated. The prosecutor did 
 not turn up, and Mr. Meyers should of been freed by default. Instead,  he 
 has to return tommorrow at 9AM. If the courtroom was filled( at least a 
 row). This might of not happened. Please be there tommorrow at 9AM to 
 support. I know it is early, but sometimes we have to make sacrifices for 
 justice.Remember this could happen to you!     \n
