DESCRIPTION: Gabe Meyers will be Back in court on Monday, October 23rd at 9AM for a 
 hearing to dismiss a felony charge of attempted lynching of himself. If 
 charge is not dismissed by the judge, Gabe is set for trial on December 8 
 2006 in depatment 22 at 850 Bryant. Please attend this VERY important 
 hearing for Gabe, many of his hearings have been poorly attended with 
 little support. As political activists we must stick together and support 
 one another despite our differences when it comes to fighting injustice, 
 oppression, and brutality that the state is responsible for.  Remember, if 
 you do not  stand up and speak out when for others, there will be no one
