 that the details of the new offer the City and County submitted to Maloof 
 Sports and Entertainment Inc late last week be made public.\n \n \nWHO:     
         Representatives from the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association and 
 the Sierra Club request secret details of new offer to Maloofs be made

 Sierra Club\n \nWHAT:           Press conference outside the Elks Building 
 at 921 – 11th Street\n \nWHY:              The details of the Arena Tax 
 agreement with the Maloofs remains secret.  The first deal was crafted 
 behind closed doors, and the new proposal has not been made public either.  
 Absentee voters start voting next week and the public has a right to know 
 what the new proposal says.  The only thing the public knows for certain 
 – is we will pay nearly 90% of the cost and receive no revenue.\n \n
