 Physicians Alliance (CaPA). Now that a single payer bill, SB 840, has 
 passed the state legislature and is headed to the governor's desk, Dr. 
 Quint will compare SB 840 to health care reform efforts in San Francisco, 
 Massachusetts, and Maryland.\n\n\n\nPlease join us:\n        Monday,  
 September 18, 2006,\n        7 to 9 p.m.\n        CNA office, 2000 Franklin 
 St.,\n        at 20th Street, downtown Oakland.\n\nThere is street parking, 
 and the CNA office is one block from the 19th Street BART station (exit
