 Third Friday’s Art Reception in his City Hall office, Room 282. This 
 month’s featured artists are the children of District 5.\n\nOn display 
 will be art from children across District 5 who have collaborated together 
 through participation in the following programs: Raising the Standard 
 Children and Youth Outreach, The African American Art and Culture Complex, 
 Hayes Valley Playground, the Japanese Community Youth Council, and The Ella 
 Hill Hutch Community Center.\n\nThe show will include watercolor paintings, 
 photographs, multi-media collages of African-American poetry, graphic art
