DESCRIPTION:Want to learn more about climate change?  Dr. Peter Weiss\n will be giving 
 a free public lecture and leading a\n community discussion about the 
 science of climate change\nand global warming.  If you have seen Al 
 Gore’s “An\n Inconvenient Truth” or event if you haven’t, this is 
 an\n opportunity to ask questions to an expert in atmospheric\n science.  
 There will also be a focus on finding local\n solutions to global problems 
 in coordination with the\ngroup People Power.\n\n This lecture will occur 
 on Thursday, July 27 2006 from\n 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Louden Nelson 
 Center, room 4, in\nSanta Cruz.\n\n Dr. Weiss was formerly a professor of 
 Environmental\n Science at the University of Washington and is now\n 
 associated with the Department of Environmental Toxicology\n at UCSC.  He 
 is also an environmental songwriter and has a\n new CD available through
