 volunteer.  \n\nThis year's panel brings together four new and fabulous 
 panelists -- an experienced statewide and legislative campaign consultant, 
 one of the Peninsula's youngest and most successful city councilmembers, a 
 prolific fundraiser and leader of the Indo-American Democratic community 
 nationwide, and a consultant/media strategist who is a mentor to the next
