 Executive Director of \nOta Benga Alliance for Peace, Healing and Dignity 
 in the DR Congo and \nin the USA, a non-profit dedicated to transforming 
 relations within \nthe DR Congo and the USA, as well as between both 
 countries. He \nrecently taught a course in Peace and Conflict Studies at 
 UC \nBerkeley, Intra and International Conflicts in Sub-Saharan Africa. 
 \nHis most recent book is Silences in African History: Between the 
 \nSyndromes of Discovery and Abolition (2006). He is currently working \non
