 Saturday, March 15.\nThere will be parallel activities on the West 
 Coast.\n\nThe Emergency Convergence had originally been set for\nMarch 1 
 because we wanted to continue to mobilize\npro-actively to prevent war 
 before it started. It\nappeared that the Bush administration would seize 
 upon\nnegative or ambiguous language presented in the UN\nweapons 
 inspectors February 14 report and use it as a\npretext for a quick 
 launching of the war.\n\nWe propose now that March 1 be a day for 
 local\norganizing and that the Emergency Convergence at the\nWhite House be 
 on March 15. Now the Bush war timetable\nhas been pushed back because of 
 the political\ndevelopments that took the administration by surprise\nin
