 African people of West Oakland.  With ex-OPD Francisco Vazquez on the lam, 
 the three others - Clarence Mabanag, Jude Siapno and Matthew Hornung - have 
 been accused of beating so-called suspects, falsifying documents, planting 
 evidence and running roughshod over black peoples' rights. \n\nGiven guns 
 and badges by the city of Oakland, the 'Riders' represent the Oakland 
 policy of police containment of the African and oppressed communities. 
 \n\nCome out to demonstate on Wednesday at noon in front of the courthouse 
 and show your opposition to a city that criminalizes poor black people.
