DESCRIPTION:Saturday, November 2, 2002\n \n\nThe third class in our Winter Permaculture 
 Series will focus on permaculture design concepts. Topics covered will 
 include “elements,” “functions,” and “energy cycling.” We will 
 also go over creating habitat in your garden, attracting pollinators and 
 wildlife, and using native plants. The class will combine teacher 
 presentation and hands-on activity, and will take place in the teacher’s 
 extensive working garden. Taught by Christopher Shein. Each class in the 
 series may be taken individually. Pre-registration is advised. Time: 10 am 
 - 1 pm. Cost: $10 Ecology Center members, $15 others, no one turned away
