DESCRIPTION:At general meetings the SF IMC collective discusses issues pertinent to the 
 entire organization. You should come--to ask questions, to introduce 
 yourself, to get involved, -- and see what's up.\n\n\nDirections to La 
 Peña\n\nFrom San Francisco & Peninsula: \n     Cross the Bay Bridge and 
 take Highway 80 eastbound to Ashby. Follow Ashby about 1.5 miles, then turn 
 right on\n     Shattuck and proceed three blocks to La Peña at 3105 
 Shattuck Ave. \nFrom the South Bay: \n     Take Highway 880 northbound to 
 980 in Oakland. When 980 turns into Highway 24 East, take the next exit: 
 51st\n     Street. Stay in the right lanes of the off-ramp, and turn right 
 onto 52nd Street, then immediately left onto Shattuck Ave,\n     and 
 proceed one mile to La Peña at 3105 Shattuck Ave. \nFrom Central Contra 
 Costa: \n     Highway 24 westbound through the Caldecott Tunnel. Take 
 Highway 13 North/Tunnel Rd. into Berkeley. Tunnel Rd.\n     turns into 
 Ashby. Turn left on Shattuck and go 3 blocks to La Peña at 3105 Shattuck 
 Ave. \nBy Public Transit: \n     La Peña is served by AC Transit's #43 bus 
 line. We are at the intersection of Shattuck and Prince streets. On BART,\n 
     take the Richmond line to Ashby station. As you exit the turnstile, 
 bear left and walk up the left side of the parking lot to\n     the steps. 
 From the top of the steps, near the corner of Tremont and Prince streets, 
 head east one block on Prince to\n     Shattuck. La Peña is located on the 
 opposite side of Shattuck Avenue. \n
