DESCRIPTION:Join us for our free Harvest Festival on September 21 between 11 - 3 PM, at 
 1727 Martin Luther King, Jr. Way and 18th Street.\nWe will be celebrating 
 30 years of service to our community and our  purchase\nof the Grove 
 Building. You will enjoy a day of fun, food, music and 
 entertainment.\n\nWe've lined up a wonderful variety of performing arts 
 groups of  talented\nyoung people from all over the county, including 
 Ballet Folklorico, the Asian\nDragon Dancers, the Castlemont Castleers, the 
 Prescott Clowns, the  Oakland\nMilitary Institute Drill Team and the 
 Oakland Steel Drum band -- to  name a few.\n\nBring your family. The 
 children can enjoy the entertainment, get their  faces painted and play 
 games. They may even tour a fire engine and Kerry's  Kids Mobile Health 
 Van. There will be free goodies and door prizes, too.\n\nInside our 
 building a docent will take you on a guided tour of our  agency and you'll 
 meet some of the wonderful people providing services. You'll also find a 
 marvelous display of children's artwork, and for those of you who \nwant to 
 enjoy a bit of soft music, our first floor conference room will be just  
 the spot to relax and chat.\n\nSponsors for this event include: the PSS 
 Board of Directors, City of Oakland, Port of Oakland, Excel Graphics, Wells 
 Fargo Bank, Annie E. Casey Foundation, Core Communications, the Oakland 
 Police & Fire Departments, Oakland Firefighters Random Acts, KQED, Soul 
 Beat TV, and Mindseye Productions. Supporters include Safeway and 
 Alberston's stores.\n\nWe will honor Tim & Roberta McCoy for their generous 
 establishment of a Charitable Remainder Trust with PSS as their
